Dr. Carol Salva

Dr. Carol Salva is a Lead Consultant of Seidlitz Education' Newcomer Division. She is also the co-author of Boosting Achievement: Reaching Students with Interrupted or Minimal Formal Education and DIYpd: A Guide to Self-Directed Learning for Teachers of Multilingual Learners. In addition to her ESL certification, she is a certified Dual Language trainer, and a certified Abydos Writing trainer. Carol has taught elementary, middle and high school. She lives with her husband and 3 children in Houston, Texas.
